Is the checkup really free?
Yes. The ten checks and the written report cost nothing, and there's no catch buried in the report. The one honest caveat: if we find things that need fixing, the fixing is paid work — quoted fixed and in writing before you commit to anything.
What if my website is fine?
Then the report will say so, and that's a good result. We'll flag the one or two things worth keeping an eye on and you're done. If you do want to move to better hosting or a domain, that's billable — $19.95/month and $9.95/year — and only if you want it.
How fast will I get the report?
Within one business day, usually sooner. It lands in your inbox with the ten checks, what we found, and pricing for anything we recommend.
Will people keep selling me afterwards?
No. One report, one optional 10-minute call. If you take a quote, it's fixed and in writing; if you don't, you keep the report.
Do you need access or passwords?
No. We work from the live site, the way your customers do. Nothing is changed, touched or installed.
