Terms of service

1. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. We provide a fixed-price quote based on your specific requirements before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude GST unless noted.

2. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit (typically 50%) is payable to commence work, with the balance due on completion or launch. Ongoing services such as hosting and domain registration are billed in advance and renew periodically.

3. Your responsibilities

To deliver your project we rely on you supplying content, images, access and timely feedback. You confirm you have the right to use any material you provide to us. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.

4. Ownership

On full payment, the completed website and its content are yours. Domains are registered in your name and remain your property. We retain the right to use general techniques and know-how, and to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Hosting & domains

Hosting and domain services are provided on a subscription basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for keeping renewals paid; lapsed domains or hosting may result in loss of service or the domain.

6. Support & changes

Reasonable post-launch support is included as stated in your quote. Additional changes, features or ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a project in writing at any time; you remain responsible for work completed up to that point. There are no long-term lock-in contracts for our build services.
